{"id":437261,"date":"2018-08-24T18:51:42","date_gmt":"2018-08-24T14:51:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dubaigoldprices.com\/?p=437261"},"modified":"2018-08-24T18:51:42","modified_gmt":"2018-08-24T14:51:42","slug":"gold-rate-in-dubai-hit-138-dh-for-22k","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dxbgoldrate.com\/dubaigoldrates\/2018\/08\/24\/gold-rate-in-dubai-hit-138-dh-for-22k\/","title":{"rendered":"Gold Rate in Dubai Hit 138 DH For 22k"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gold prices jumped more than $ 20 on Friday, as the dollar turned bearish following comments by the Fed chairman.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dubaigoldprices.com\/current-gold-rates-in-uae\/\"><strong>GOLD RATE UAE: <\/strong> <\/a>: 22K &#8211; AED 138.75 \/ Gram , 24K &#8211; AED 145.75 \/ Gram .<\/p>\n<p>US Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell told the Jackson Hole meeting that there was no risk of accelerating inflation because of the strength of the economy, stressing the bank&#8217;s continued policy of gradually raising interest rates.<\/p>\n<p>He pointed out that the rate of inflation recently approached the target of 2%, but with no signs of exceeding in the coming period, explaining that the gradual path to raise interest remains appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>The Federal Reserve has raised interest rates twice since the beginning of this year, with expectations of two additional increases before the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p>By 2:12 pm GMT, the price of gold futures for December delivery rose 0.9% to $ 1205.40 an ounce.<\/p>\n<p>The spot price of precious metal rose 1.4% to $ 16.28 to $ 1201.84 an ounce.<\/p>\n<p>Silver futures for December delivery rose 1.3 percent to $ 14.83 an ounce.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the dollar index, which measures the performance of the currency against 6 major currencies, fell 0.6% to 95.11.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gold prices jumped more than $ 20 on Friday, as the dollar turned bearish following comments by the Fed chairman.
